End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Lighthouse ("the Application"), an internal business-metrics dashboard operated by Social Security Professionals, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Internal Use

The Application is an internal tool intended solely for use by Social Security Professionals, LLC and its authorized personnel. It is not offered, sold, or distributed to the public.

2. License

We grant authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application for internal business purposes only.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data connected to the Application;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Application.

4. Third-Party Data Sources

The Application connects to third-party services (including Intuit QuickBooks Online, Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and Kajabi) to retrieve business data on a read-only basis. Your use of those services remains subject to their respective terms. We access data from these services only as authorized by the account owner.

5. Intellectual Property

The Application and its underlying code, design, and content are owned by Social Security Professionals, LLC. No ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data displayed will be complete or accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Security Professionals, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time, with or without notice.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
