Lighthouse Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Lighthouse ("the Application"), an internal business-metrics dashboard operated by Social Security Professionals, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects data.
- Scope
The Application is an internal tool used solely by Social Security Professionals, LLC and its authorized personnel. It is not a public or commercial product.
- Data We Access
The Application connects to third-party services to retrieve business data on a read-only basis, including:
- Intuit QuickBooks Online — financial data such as profit and loss, balance sheet, revenue, and expense information;
- Google Analytics — website traffic and engagement metrics;
- Google Ads — advertising performance metrics;
- HubSpot — CRM and marketing data;
- Kajabi — course and membership data.
The Application only reads data. It does not create, modify, or delete data in any connected service.
- How We Use Data
Data retrieved from connected services is used solely to display business metrics within the Application for internal reporting and analysis. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third party.
- Data Storage and Retention
The Application stores authentication tokens required to maintain its connections to third-party services, along with any data necessary to render dashboard metrics. Data is retained only as long as needed for internal reporting purposes. Authentication tokens can be revoked at any time through the respective third-party service.
- Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect authentication credentials and retrieved data against unauthorized access. Access to the Application is limited to authorized personnel.
- Third-Party Services
Data accessed through the Application originates from third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy and terms. This Policy covers only the Application itself.
- Data Deletion
Because the Application accesses data on a read-only basis, source data resides with the respective third-party services. To disconnect the Application, revoke its access from within the connected service (for example, via the QuickBooks Online "Connected Apps" settings). Any stored tokens or cached data can be deleted upon request.
- Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
